Between 0:00 August 25, 2008 and 3:22 August 25, 2008, only one other individual appeared in local. Point of entry and exit were unknown. Missed the name, but it was a State War Academy character. Less than 5 minutes in system. Otherwise, I was alone in system the entire time.
