- Explain why an interceptor pilot should never use approach except when bumping and what the proper procedure is for approaching targets.
- Explain why you shouldn't sit motionless whether on a gate or station when theres an enemy carrier, battleship, or other combat ship nearby.
- Demonstrate that you can escape a situation where you jump into a system with a large camp with distance webbing.
- Demonstrate a TAM drop on a target.
- Demonstrate that you can "manually" orbit a group of 3 ships (medium to heavy) for 30 seconds without getting in web range of any of them but while keeping your point on primary.
- Obtain the Interceptor Fishing certification.
- Tactics
- Explain why Fishing works and how you can avoid being caught or kill the fisher.
- Explain the benefits of the smaller tackling interceptors and the uses of the larger versus smaller interceptors.
- Explain the dangers of tackling the various recon ships as well as battleships.
- Explain the ins and outs of fitting interceptors and answer your evaluator's questions about these fittings.
- Explain what a bubble trap is and how to avoid it.
