General Info
This is an example of T1 cruiser setup with T2 gear for PVP-ADVANCED HSSR. Some T2 gear is cheaper than best named.A decent tank. Speed, A tank on a Blackbird - oh my, bit expensive with the rigs but as all fits its optional. Cap stable with Microwarp drive off.
You may be asked to refit your mid-slots to balance the ewar capability of fleet, so bring a few different modules to cover the full range of jammers needed.
