Certification Content

1. Navigation
   1. Explain proper evasion procedures to avoid being caught after cloaking.
   2. Explain the concept of aligned evasion.
   3. Demonstrate that you are able to jump into an interdictor supported gate camp and avoid being caught.
2. Tactics
   1. Discuss the pros and cons of cruise missiles versus fast targets. Explain when you should cloak and evade the fast moving target.
   2. Discuss the fitting of your stealth bomber and some alternatives.
   3. Explain the fittings and demonstrate the tactics around stealth bomber fishing (live fire on test server).
   4. When using Sensor Dampeners on a bomber, explain who would be the targets of your damps and why in certain situations given to you by your evaluator.
3. Explain how bombs work, including their limitations and abilities. Explain the problem of multiple bomb detonations in a small area.
4. Explain the circumstances that would allow a small ship such as an interceptor to avoid being killed by a bomb while still in its blast range.
5. Explain why you should almost never sit still when in a bomber.
