This will be a mix on new joiners and old hands to show people the AGONY way of running a fleet. It will be only the basics but we need a solid foundation so that our big fleets are strong. This is one week before our first BIG FLEET OP of the fall season so let's make sure we're ready.

1. Preparing to Lead a Fleet

This seminar is geared towards two kinds of people. Firstly, all of the newer pilots who are just getting into the swing of AGONY Fleet Operations. To do that, we'll cycle everyone through every position including skirmishing. Secondly, I want to encourage all those of you who haven't lead a gang before (AGONY or not). Anyone who wants to take a swing at running this gang for a while is welcome to do it; we may even just throw some of you in the hot seat to break a few cherries.

2. Fleet Operations and Communication

The plan is to have a short discussion inside the X-7 POS followed by heading out in a gang. We'll have the old hands assigned the duties with 1 or 2 newer guys getting used to and then taking over the duties. It's going to be very participatory with lots of input from everyone.
