- General
- Explain the pros, cons and how to fit and use the following ship types as skirmishers. (If you don't know a certain ship type well, don't worry.)
- Tech1 Frigates
- Interceptors
- Interdictors
- Force Recons
- Heavy Interdictors
- Explain why other kinds of ships are not suitable for skirmishing.
- A Skirmishing Scout is first and foremost a scout. Explain the difference between a Covops Scout and a Skirmishing Scout.
- Explain the pros, cons and how to fit and use the following ship types as skirmishers. (If you don't know a certain ship type well, don't worry.)
- Navigation
- Explain where the skirmisher should be relative to the fleet he is skirmishing for and whether or not there is a difference for fleet composition.
- Explain your initial actions when entering a system regardless of whether there is a camp on the gate or not.
- Explain what a bubble trap is and how to avoid it.
- Explain what options you have when entering a system with a bubble on the gate
- Explain why and when to take each option
- Explain what actions you take when initial system scan turns up empty

- Explain which items should be shown on the Skimisher's overview and why
- Demonstrate that you can scan down the uncloaked Evaluator at a celestial object and put a point on him within 3 minutes
- Explain when you should keep moving, and when to dedicate more time to finding a target
- Report to your Evaluator how you would report a gate camp you just jumped into, and what steps to take to ensure an accurate report
- Communications
- Explain what should and shouldn't be reported to your FC once you've found a potential target.
- Explain why you should report the status of each system you go through and what you should report for systems that are empty as well.
- Explain why you should always name which system you are in when giving a report on the state of the system or local.
- Explain the proper procedure for calling a warp-in once you've tackled a target
- Explain when you should jump back to the system where the gang is engaged
